The benchmarks are the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (USD) and the MSCI Emerging Markets Value Index (USD) and are net of withholding taxes on dividends, interest income and capital gains. The MSCI Emerging Market Index captures large and mid cap representation across 27 Emerging Markets countries. The MSCI Emerging Markets Value Index captures large and mid cap securities exhibiting overall value style characteristics across 27 Emerging Markets countries. The value investment style characteristics for index construction are defined using three variables: book value to price, 12-month forward earnings to price and dividend yield.Index returns do not reflect any management fees, transaction costs or expenses.
